Francia Raisa

Her acting journey began in junior high, when she started modeling and did commercials. The sitcoms she appeared in included her as a guest star. American Family: Journey of Dreams as well as Over There. In 2004, Raisa played Tamy Lil"Romo's "My Girlfriend" as well as in Iyaz's "So Big" music video. A month into her senior school year, she landed her first role in the spotlight, playing Hayden Panetteire opposite in Bring It On : All or Nothing. She co-starred in the Nickelodeon movie Shredderman Rules, where she played Isabel as well as in The Cutting Edge: Chasing the Dream as well as The Cutting Edge: Fire and Ice as Alexandra Delgado. She was the character Adrian Lee in the hit ABC Family drama, The Secret Life of the American Teenager starting in July of 2008 through its finale in June 2013. In 2009 Raisa co-starred as Boo on the film Boo produced by David Henrie who also guest starred on USA Network TV's In Plain Sight. Raisa played co-star with Mike "The Miz' Mizanin in 2013's Christmas Bounty. Raisa July 2012. Between the years of 2018 and 2022, Raisa played the role of Grownish on Freeform the show that was executive produced by Blackish creator Kenya Barris. She appeared in the first four seasons of the show, but left after the death of her character in the final season. As of 2018, Raisa starred opposite Tyra on Freeform's TV film Life-Size 2. Raisa's role in this spin-off How I Met Your Mother series How I Met Your Father was officially announced by Hulu, on 18 January 2022.
